- Eligibility for Returns
If your order is unsatisfactory, return the Rubber Tiles within 7 days from delivery, unused, undamaged, and in the original wrapping. Requests for the return of merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of the items. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a return.
- Non-Returnable Items
Rubber flooring that’s custom-cut or specially ordered is not returnable unless it’s defective or the wrong color. We would prefer all customers to carefully consider measurements and specifications and order such items in one of our sizes.
Return Process
To start a return inquiry for your order, please contact our customer service with your order information and reason for return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
- Refunds and Processing Time
Authorized returned refunds will be made within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be returned using the initial payment method. Please note: shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was faulty.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should your rubber tiles be short in quantity or defective, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. We’ll do our best to solve the problem quickly and efficiently!
